Section 13 - Harefield West to Moor Park

Locations: Harefield, Northwood, Headstone, Northwick Park, Marylebone, Maidavale, Northwood Hills, Pinner, Pinner Wood, Kensal Rise, Nower Hill, North Harrow, West Harrow, Harrow, South Kenton, North Wembley, Wembley Park, Willesden, Batchworth Heath, Moor Park, Brondesbury Park and Willesden Green. The prayer walk goes through two boroughs which are Hillingdon and Harrow.  Other boroughs within this section are Harrow, Brent & City of Westminster.

Interesting Fact

This walk passes by a coal post.  Coal posts were positioned around London during Victorian times so that no one could claim they did not know they had liabilities to pay duties for coal and wine as they entered London.  The duties were finally abolished in 1889.  Money from these duties helped pay for the Holborn Viaduct, Victoria, Chelsea and Albert Embankments and the approaches to London Bridge.

Putting on the armour of God

Asking God
